I typically arrive 2–3 hours before the event to set up sound and lighting, depending on the amount of equipment and add-ons you select. This ensures everything is tested and ready well before your first guest walks in.

Yes. I can provide music and microphones for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner in addition to your reception. We’ll plan this out together so every moment of your day has the perfect soundtrack.

I always plan ahead. I carry backup equipment and work closely with your venue and coordinator to prepare for any challenges. If your event is outdoors, we’ll discuss coverage to make sure equipment and music are safe regardless of weather.

It’s very common for weddings to run a little off schedule. I’ll adjust seamlessly and coordinate with your planner, venue, and other vendors to keep the flow of the night smooth. My role is to adapt so you can stay relaxed and enjoy your celebration.

First step is to complete our "contact us" form. Once we confirm your date is available, I’ll send over a contract and deposit invoice to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. It’s quick, simple, and guarantees that your date is locked in.
